The Memorial Drive Neighborhood Tire Pros location is excellent. The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable, and they always manage to fit us in quickly whenever we need any type of work done. I’d recommend this shop to anyone in the area looking for a great experience.

They advertised prices for services and then added labor charges and other misc prices. I had an oil change, tire balance, differential flush, coolant flush, and then they tacked on some kind of “battery service” and my total ended up $750. Make sure you know prices before getting anything done

Fast, kind and clear

They were able to get me in for a tire replacement on a Saturday, and also performed a brake fluid change. Only complaint is that they automatically added the tire warranty to my bill without confirming that I wanted it. That’s a bit on the shady side for my liking, but otherwise I enjoy bringing my cars here for tire needs.
