Tire Pros have been Maintaining my car since I have purchased it. I'm usually satisfied with its been maintained. They have always backed their work. The warranty on their work is why I only choose Tire Pros to work on my car. Customer service is outstanding also. They are very courteous.

So glad the store manager increased the tire supply. I had to get a tire on Saturday. In the past, they would have to order and I would have to wait a day or two for the tires to come in.

I came to Decatur Tire Pros after a predictable and horrific experience with Mavis. Long story, but the final hostage up-sale was replacement of my brakes and pads, and of course a second tire which, they failed to discover (run flats) on a third visit -the reason I came for in the first place. From the moment I called Tire Pros I felt I would be taken care of-‘ Courteous, Friendly and Accommodating. The experience was the same from the moment I started and continued until I walked out the door with my car. Of course, I had them check my brakes and they reported not ready for new brakes yet. A new customer, and many more they will have as a result. As a business owner in Atlanta, I know a lot of people. Thank you to the staff of Tire Pros! You got the right formula. Keep it up!
