Customer service agent should have gone out to vehicle received the information instead of making the customer to receive the information. When asked about a different tire it was meet with dislike. I thought TV was more for the customers not for the workers. They controlled the TV on what they wanted to see.
Carl, we are deeply sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. We often ask the customer to come outside with us to look at tires to make sure we are getting the correct ones the customer is wanting. As for the tv, if a customer asks to change the channel on the tv (as long as appropriate), we will change the channel.
