Terrible communication. Gave a quote over the phone just to have my actual total be 400 dollars more than what i was quoted.

Michael, we are sorry that you felt that this was not clearly communicated. We did communicate the costs for service prior to working on your vehicle. The freon required for your vehicle is the newer version that is more expensive. Unfortunately we would not have known which freon your vehicle used until we saw your vehicle in the shop, we hope you understand.

They were very professional but nothing can really justify the cost. They wanted to charge me over $900 for a job that should cost half that. I ended up finding another place who was able to do it for $328. Even their initial inspection was way more than it should have been.

Monday the check engine light came on my Challenger. I dropped it off Tuesday before closing. Wednesday they diagnosed the issue. Thursday performed repair and I was informed my car was ready Friday. They kept me informed the whole time. Great service highly recommend.
