Third time here this time for and oil change, after a two hour wait and service I’m told five more minutes until completion. Only to be told they don’t have the oil and had to make a store run. (Still here) arrived at 7:30 still her at 10😤😡

My experience with Tire Pros was outstanding and my customer service DJ was great as well and I will be back.

I’ve been going to other mechanics for almost 2 years trying to get my vehicles check engine light off. None of these other place could help me with my vehicle issues. They would charge me a lot for work that I don’t believe I really needed and then the check engine light would always come back on. The Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service (Good Year) managed to fix my vehicle and charged me the lowest price for the job. I received quality work, respect and a warranty on the work done. To my shock and dismay I was brought into the 21st century by a pleasant young man on current policy to repaire a tire with a nail on the underside of my tire. For this type of tire damage, tire repair vendors can ino longer plugged or place a inner tube inside of tires. Reality check ✔. The pleasant, patient young man who answere all of my questions assisted and informed me that my requests are no longer acceptable and that I would need to purchase a tire which I reluctantly and finally didso. He searched the on-site database and located a tire for my vehicles make and model in stock. After entering my personal info into the system an giving the work request to the service tech, the tire was quickly changed and I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 .
