For the second time, I received excellent service from the Memorial Drive location. That's 2 for 2. They went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied in a way most shops do not. I plan on being a loyal customer.

Fast courteous service the oil change was completed in less than 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised since I walked in and expected to be there an hour at least.

Professional, courteous. But didn't know my 2016 Chrysler minivan, a very common vehicle, uses special antifreeze and that regular antifreeze can harm the cooling system. So we skipped that service. Otherwise, all good.
