I was pleased with my experience. I had two rear tires, Goodyear Wrangler SR A, installed on my 2010 Ram 1500. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and checked in at the desk. I was told they'd get to my truck soon. About 30 minutes passed before I saw them move my truck into the maintenance bay. The facility was very clean and comfortable, so the wait wasn't bad at all. The technicians we're friendly, knowledgeable and once they got started, the work went fairly quickly. David also recommended an alignment, which I agreed to, knowing it was about time to have one. 👍🏾 I received price quotes from 3 retailers and decided to go with Neighborhood Tire Pros because their price, including warranty, was about $20-$30 better than competitors. And the location was more convenient, too! Thx, guys!

Very professional and nice waiting area. The WiFi was not that great. I got 4 new tires mounted and an oil change. I can’t really complain.

Really excellent service which is rare for a tire store, in my experience. Ordered my tire, called to let me know it was in, had it installed in 25 minutes. Everything about my visit was great. Will definitely go back!

Five star five star call store

This was a very professional environment which made me feel better about leaving my car. I had an idea of what some of the issues were, but upon inspection you receive a full report of your car. Images of the issues, what is recommended on how to fix, and everything that works well with you car. The transparency, as a female in particular, made me feel better about what I was agreeing to happen to my car. This is where I will be going to get my car serviced from now on.

They said I needed parts replaced that were in good shape, glad I got a second opinion because the tires were way out of alignment and actually did need to be replaced. Big miss for a place with "Tire Pros" in the title. Very disappointing, I paid for a diagnosis and a tire rotation which was a complete waste of money. Go literally anywhere else, this is not a trustworthy establishment.
