Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a battery check. Had a flyer saying tire rotation $5.00 with oil change and was charged $20 and didn't get the $10 off of oil change. Was told I needed to bring the coupon. Didn't Say it was a coupon on the flyer, had no expiration date. To me it just looked like a special they were having like most stores have where there us a sale with no coupon needed. That cost me $25 . Total of bill was $107. I told them that my car did not turn over as fast as it used to and to check battery. They told me the car battery was fine but there was a message that said my fob battery was low. Went to Batteries Plus and replaced fob battery and asked them to check my car battery. Test showed it was bad and spent $194 to replace it. Glad I had it checked again, as being a single 73 year old woman, I could have been stranded somewhere at night. I went back to the Goodyear store and told the manager, who does not wear a mask, that my battery was bad . His response was his battery checker must be off. Asked him about charges on my bill. He said I needed to bring the so called coupon, which did not say that it had to be presented for the discount. I also noticed today that a lot of my change was missing in the compartment I have been throwing change in, I would guess 5 or 6 dollars. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
