I came in today to have a headlight bulb replaced on my car. I spoke to Matt who was super sensitive to the fact that I had my kids with me and needed to have the repair completed pretty quickly so we could get on with our day. He gave me a quote on having the bulb replaced including the labor and told me it'll be done in about 45 minutes. My kids and I walked over to Starbucks for a few minutes and before we were even able to finish our coffee, I got a call from him letting me know my car was done. We walked back over and I was prepared to pay him for the work which was about $80. He tells me that my headlight bulb was not out, but that something was loose causing the light to shut off. They tightened up whatever was loose and it was fixed. They could've easily told me they replaced the bulb and even held the car in the garage for a little longer to give the perception they were working on it to make quick buck. Instead they were honest about the repairs and I wasn't even charged for the work. Thanks so much! I'll definitely be going back!

These guys are amazing I had a tire blowout after 6:00 pm in the pouring rain and Kyle told me to come on in and get my tire fixed even tho it was after hours they took care of me in record time. I definitely would recommend Tire Pros they got a costumer for life

Prices are high but people are very willing to help you, their service is much better than the competition. They have nitrogen for tires

So we took our car in for service on Friday 12/8 before snow hit Atlanta. We were told it would be finished that afternoon. They found they needed a part and said they would have it done by late morning on Saturday. The snow impacted businesses on Saturday, including Tire Pros. I called and left a message and got a text back from Kyle apologizing for the inconvenience. He must have checked messages even though he wasn’t in the shop. I have never gotten a text from my mechanic before with an apology for something that was out of his control(weather). We really needed our car on Sunday. And I let him know how important it was. Kyle texted and said the earliest he could get a part was early afternoon on Sunday. And even though they were not open, he and Josh would come in and finish the job so we could get the car back. I told him I would bake him cookies if he made that happen. 😊 I got the car back Sunday afternoon. Thanks guys. You were super kind to make sure we got taken care of. I’m sure it’s not the “normal” thing to do, but you showed you cared.

I must say to anyone that needs any type of vehicle repair that you should , without hesitation go to Neighborhood Tire pros! I have taken my Hummer H2 there for several different issues. EVERYONE that I dealt with was always professional and extremely nice and respectful. As far as the work done on my H2, it has always been done perfectly and within the time I was told it would be done! Will never go anywhere else! Oh yeah, they will take you home or pick you up if you need them too for free! Their prices are very reasonable and has at times been less than what they quoted me. THEY ARE THE BESt! Thanks to all the guys that work there! ❤️

I was passing thru Lawrenceville to visit my 79 year old Mother.. Her Honda Accord had a burned out turn signal bulb which was hidden up under a fender well.. MARTIE came out and within 10 minutes we were back on the road!! Blinker working! Martie refused to charge us and I felt like I had met an Angel! I gave him a $20..00 tip and said.. eat a great lunch! I would HIGLY RECCOMMEND this Goodyear shop. They earned my and Mom's respect for professional, prompt and courteous service!! Thanks Martie! Wonderful experience. Great service. Needed a new tire due to damage but also knew the other 3 tires needed replacing . They let me use one of their tires for 2 days until the 4 new ones shipped. This is also my go to place for oil changes, tire rotation, etc.

Very efficient and friendly staff. I work a mile down the road and they were kind enough to pick up my car while I was at work and worked on it since I didn't have time to take it in. It was done by the time I got off work. Will be taking my car there from now on !!!
