Fixed a tire at this place. They didn’t even care to put the right pressure into it, not to mention to make sure that the rest of the tires were in tune with the one they fixed. That was simply unsafe having 36 psi instead of 32 in the tire and 31 in others. It wasn’t a difficult fix on my part, but if you are charging people for services you should provide and don’t expect your paying customers to fix after you. This time, it was something I could easily see and fix, but what if it was a more complicated service? These people lost my trust and my business. “Tire Pros” I wish they were.

Highly recommend! The guys are great! The quote that they gave was right on point and $250 cheaper than what Honda quoted me. They are honest and reliable and quick.

Matt, as usual, took care of all our needs prior to our weekend getaway. I have extremely good luck with my vehicles, if only due to keeping to a maintenance schedule that protects my cars. I just sold one with 220,000 miles on it and still got good money, considering I keep my cars in tip-top shape.

I gave 3 stars because the dispostion of the store manger Cindy and some of her staff was not good . There was a bit of a mix up with the warranty I had part was me and a portion was her and the staff.Customer service is not only getting the car serviced correctly but also working with the customers concerns..Cindy realized I had a concern and would not call me back or even when I called she was too busy on the phone . This was my first and last time coming there . Remember Great Service also gives you Repeat Customers . I should have walked out of there 'RAVING FAN"
