My experience was not well received. I didn’t feel welcomed as a customer . The front desk person was very matter of fact. I tried to make small talk and was ignored . I watch him interact more and speak a little Spanish with another lady customer . I like the fact that my emission was less than I paid at a drive up place , but I would’ve paid that extra money to receive their excellent customer service . The energy I received from this front desk rep.was nothing but negative energy . I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or just not a personable person. When I received my bill and keys he never said Thank you, is there anything else we can do for you or come back and see us again . After this experience I don’t think I will return to have any services completed . A person will forget all the things you said but never forget how you made them feel .
