Cindy and team are very professional and make an effort to ensure the needs of each customer and not only met, but exceeded! I went in for a tire plug. They could’ve easily taken advantage and recommended a new tire, but they didn’t. I’ll always visit this shop and wheel and tire need.

Customer Service here has always been great. I have low profile tires and tend to have leaks with all of the potholes around the city. They ALWAYS squeeze me in for the quick "patch up". I will continue to get my tires from here.

The team at NTP were courteous, prompt and very professional. Hunter, service adviser, made the service experience pleasant as well. I needed other services and NTP was very open to assisting with repairs but I got a more affordable work quote for the same service and had to go elsewhere instead. I did appreciate the cooperation however. Thanks NTP!
