Downtown Decatur
Arrived at 12 noon for a scheduled appointment. It’s currently 2 P.M. and I haven’t received an update nor has my car been pulled back. I’m already frustrated that this will be my third visit since getting my brakes done here(there still squealing). After the second visit I started to question whether they were actually fixing the issue with fidelity. I’m an educator and work across town, so it’s an inconvenience to have to consistently return for an issue that’s supposed to be resolved. Highly unsatisfied with there customer service. I’ll be contacting corporate.
