When my regular mechanic (Midtown Tire on Ponce) of 15 years told me they didn't have time to patch a tire for me, I called Neighborhood Tire and they said they'd be happy to help. I pulled in, was helped immediately, and told it'd be ready by the end of the day. I got a text about two hours later saying it was ready. The whole experience was easy, helpful, and fast. They just might be my new mechanic!!!

This was the easiest and most efficient car repair experience I have ever had! Neighborhood Tire & Auto does a great job at explaining needs, and also uses a system that texts reports with pictures. Highly, highly recommend!

I had a flat tire on a Saturday morning, and Neighborhood Tire got me in and replaced my tire same day. Service was prompt and professional. They did not try to upsell me or convince me I needed something I really didn’t. Great experience.
