The work was completed on time and was satisfactory. The alignment was adrquately explained. I had selected a firm quote on line before I arrived, and there were 2 extra fees added. Perhaps extra valves were needed, but the extra disposal fee should be included in the initial estimate and it was not

Service is very slow here. The lady who answers the phone is also rude
