I brought my car in on a Friday. Before I came I did some research to estimate what the problem could be and how much it would cost me. It was my suspension and shocks as I suspected. It was a big job. I didn't know it would take all day to do it but he had a lot to do. The only complaints I have are these: He took all day which I found out was an all day job. However I had things to do that day and needed my car but I couldn't finish what I had to do. He didn't reset my oil reading. He didn't put enough air in my old tire or reset the tires low light.He did not go above and beyond. As a female customer, that is what I look for. The men in the shop where great. Jeff and Mitch was great. Jeff took me home cause he knew it would take awhile. We had small talk and he was very nice. Mitch cracked jokes. He's a jokester. If I go back there I would expect above and beyond service from the mechanic. Reset my warning lights and try not to take all day. I spent $2k That's all.
