Mother Nature really dealt me a raw deal on this trip. Compounded by a flat tire at 2am. I arrived at NeighborhoodTire promptly at 7 and spoke with Henry. He immediately assessed my situation and located a tire nearby. He put the tire on will call and sent a driver to pick it up when they opened. He then drove me in his own vehicle to a local restaurant to pick up some breakfast which truly was so appreciated. I did buy the entire shop breakfast to show my gratitude. This place truly went above and beyond and I have to thank Henry for getting me fixed up and on the road in 2 hours. He needs a big raise and huge thank you he is an amazing individual.

$400+ for air conditioning diagnostics is a little crazy... no AC leak was found... but they were able to refill the freon and the AC is now working so I am content. Not sure how long the fix will last but for now, 4 stars.

Henry's staff changed my oil in minutes. Additionally, they found other issues and were very quick and making repairs. I'm glad they are in my Neighborhood, I can't imagine going anywhere else for most work for my 100+ Cadillac. Thanks again Henry!
