I had bought tires there in February. Due to careless turning, I blew one of them on a Friday evening in October. AAA changed the blown tire to a spare so I could drive to the Neighborhood Tire Pros on Clairemont on Monday. The Pros told me to come right in, gave me full credit for the tire warranty without my even asking, changed the tire, aligned the wheels and had me out of there in half an hour. I couldn't have been more pleased.

They were extremely slow to complete an alternator job on my car. I brought the car before noon on a Thursday and did not have it back by Friday night. Very slow on large mechanical jobs.

They were very slow to finish an alternator job on my car. I brought the car in before noon on a Thursday and for the alternator replacement, they did not have it back until 1pm on Saturday. Apparently, they didn’t test my battery or recommend a new one, because a few days later my car wouldn’t start and guess what I needed? A battery. Very slow on large mechanical jobs. Mediocre service.

Had tire pressure light come on. Tire Pros found a nail, fixed the problem and balance tire in less than an hour.
