I’ve generally had a great experience here. The one gap - especially these days - is their waiting area situation. They play the TV extremely loud and keep it on old sitcoms, Nancy Grace or opinionated news stations - left or right - and they won’t mute it when asked. This definitely affects the customer service experience. Otherwise - really like the service and the manager and the communication - but a waiting area that’s difficult to remain in, work in, concentrate in, makes it hard.
