They squeezed me in on Saturday afternoon because I needed to leave for Christmas on Monday morning. Had my car back in about 2 hours with two new tires and an alignment. I appreciated that.

Called in advance for an appointment. Was told by the person I spoke with, when dropping off my car Thursday morning, that I didn’t make an appointment. He said that calling and asking for an appointment isn’t sufficient :/? So the worm I requested was not able to be completed.

Great customer service. Got my car towed in right before close and they had a diagnosis at 1 the next day. Shaun was awesome and very quick. Great experience.
