We have been using Neighborhood Tire Pros for years for routine maintenance, repairs and tires. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. The Staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. The mechanics always do a great job. All employees are always willing to spend a few extra minutes to explain a situation and answer our questions. We've been pleased with every visit.

Called ahead to schedule service on my Jeep and spent 5 minutes on the phone providing all of my vehicle details. Arrived and dropped off my vehicle with a technician who again asked about the specific problems I was having. Thirty minutes later I received a call from them informing me that they can't even look at my Jeep and that I need to take it to the dealership. Thanks for wasting my time as though this couldn't possibly have been determined over the phone or when I dropped the vehicle off.
