We have been customers for several years-- oil changes, brake work, tires and more. Their prices have been reasonable and no pressure to upsell us on additional work we didn't need at the time. We have found the staff to be professional and courteous, particularly the manager, Cindy. And the few times there were any issues later, they were reasonable in resolving them.

We were regular customers for a long time until a new employee handling my car told me that all kinds of things were wrong with it that were not true, and charged me handsomely for "repairs." I had another mechanic inspect the car and he told me the things this store told me about the car could not be correct. Have never been back since.

Great service at this shop....they are very open about what they find, and make appropriate recommendations without being pushy. Awesome oil change service.

Initial visit was great. Purchased two tires and customer service is ok. I purchased the warranty. I got a nail in one of the tires bought it back they fixed it the next day the tire went flat. It will s no sense of urgency to make it right. Granted they are busy. Sitting here listening to the female employee making comments about the customers and correcting other employees is very unprofessional. She seems to have a strong personality but certain things should be done behind closed doors. I got here at 7:30 leaving at 10:11. No thank you for your patience, sorry for your wait, or anything. Not satisfied with their service and will not be returning.

The crew at NTP Decatur are always on top of their business, from the guys in the bays to the front office, they keep us running tickety-boo
