This place is orderly, quick, and affordable. I won't say it's cheap, because that bears a negative connotation, but it's definitely not as expensive as a car dealership. They stand behind their product and treat customers well. The location is unbeatable. If you don't wish to work while you're waiting (always get an appointment; this will make for a very efficient visit), you can walk to any of the nearby establishments in downtown Decatur. If you buy tires from them, you get free rotation, which is a plus.

They are quick and relatively cheap, flexible and easy to work with. I book my appointments online for 7.30am and roll in, never takes more than an hour and can usually get to work for 9am on a weekday. Place is clean and comfortable. Their phone manner can be a bit brusque, and they pretty much just tell you to come in and sort our whats wrong with your car, but it means everything is very straightforward.

Tire Pros replace all my tires and provided awesome customer service, their technicians are very informative and lobby area is very clean w/WiFi. Prices are reasonable for the good quality of work performed.

Came for a 8:30 appointment got their at 8:10, Didn’t get taken in care of till I 9::10. Quick oil change no issues with service.
