Drove in with something in my tire close to closing time. They were able to remove the nail or whatever it was and patched tire and I was on my way. Great, friendly service! When customer service nowadays is more like customer dis-service—-Neighborhood Tire Pros is number 1 in my book for real customer service.

I just picked up a tire I left 6 days ago. I purchased it from them originally and bought road hazard protection when I bought it. I got a bolt or screw stuck in it and they charged me $18 to plug it. I have had tires repaired at a different retailer for free that I had not purchased from them. I will shop at that other retailer next time I need tires.

We are so please with tire Pros , they are very dependable and trust worthy. You can always cont on neighborhood tire to keep their word as promised.

We drove up from Florida to see a show, and noticed our car had a bad shimmy(vibration), we stopped and looked at the tires but couldn't see anything, but we figured they were the problem. Our hotel was right around the corner from the shop and when I called Cindy was extremely helpful at getting us everything we needed. Our car was in and out really quick and the new tires are great.
