I live very close (about 2 miles) to another Neighborhood Tire Pro shop on Memorial Drive but I will be taking my car to this location in the future. The people working on Memorial Drive shop seemed nonchalant towards my vehicle needs. I don't want to deal with lazy people like that who only treat you like a number. But at this shop, one of the ladies working there was very helpful throughout my entire visit. She even helped me get a discounted price on some new tires that I needed. I can't thank her enough times. She helped me save a good amount of money that I can use for other necessities. The entire staff were very friendly, professional and sensitive to my needs. I will definitely be returning for any future work I need done on my car.

Highly recommend!!! Every time I have taken my car, the staff has gone above and beyond to give excellent customer service! I would of been out of a car for 2 days if it weren't for Cindy taking the extra step to go out of her way! I truly appreciate her hard work and kindness!! Made an "appointment". Upon check-in was told 1 1/2 hours to install two tires. At two hours and 15 minutes I inquired as to the status and was told "they're pulling it up now". Another 20 minutes later with no car in sight, I walked around back to find it still up on the rack with alignment equipment attached. Shortly after this, nearly three hours after arrival, I was given the opportunity to have them straighten out my alignment. I politely declined this opportunity to give them more of my money… And time.

Neighborhood Tire in Decatur provided excellent customer service for me and my car. They went out of their way to ensure that they got to the root of the problem and were up front about my options. I trust them completely with my car and appreciate their hard work and expertise. Thank you!

I recently used your service to install tires on my 2007 Ford Edge. When I got there. I was greeted with a smile by Nicole Crisp. She was very professional in dealing with me. She kept me apprised of any issues with my tires. After the job was done. She took the time explain what work was needed on other parts of my vehicle. I'm very thankful for Nicole and all her help in giving me a great experience!

The Service at the Neighborhood Tire Pros and Auto Service off of Clairemont Ave. in Decatur, GA was nothing but a total success. The customer service was outstanding, they greeted me as I was walking through the door, and the process by sales associate Drew Finley was quickly and promptly.. The wait time was short, and before you know it I was back out the door.. Thanks and I will definitely be back in the near future.. The Team was awesome!!
