I had an odd experience with my Tesla dealership about potential tire replacement (this is for another day). I found that purchasing tires from them would not be my best choice. I did a quick Google search and found that Neighborhood had excellent reviews and was right around the corner from said dealership. I called, they were very honest and said they may not be able to do the work same day. I went by and Trina was exceptionally helpful. I was pleased with the work. Everyone called and kept me informed. The communication I received was stellar. I will definitely return

Always friendly and honest service at this location! I had a flat on Saturday and called to see if I could have it towed there. I ended up not having it towed and they called me to check in a few hours later. When I brought it in on Monday, the service rep already knew I was coming in. Had to have the tire replaced. It was a competitive offer and was finished quickly.
