I was on my way to see my mother who cannot be home by herself, and when I pulled out of my driveway I heard the sound no one likes to hear a low pressure ding on my dashboard, I got out and then I saw it… a huge nail in my tire. I refill my tire and I set out to this store and get there at 3:40 and Trina greeted us with the warmest smile. While I looked nothing near calm. Not only did she take care of us when I knew there was a slim chance I could get it fixed in a day but she got us in and out within the hour. I don’t have enough words to express how much she saved my day. Also a huge shout out to Adam the mechanic who patched up the tire. I truly am grateful for them and the services they rendered when they were at the end of their day.

I have been using Neighborhood Tire for about 12 years and have received wonderful service on my 20 year old Buick!

All my vehicles are serviced at Tire Pros. The front desk service is great, the repairs are always dependable and the facilities "Tour Quality" clean is second to none. I'm always impressed.

I chose this shop because of the excellent online reviews. I spent $1600 on new tires and other services that needed to be done. I made an appointment and dropped my car off to have the work done. I received a quote to replace four tires and agreed to have the work done. An hour later the manager called me to say they didn’t have all the tires in stock but they could get three on today. They asked me to come back on Monday to get the last tire on. I said that was fine and made arrangements to leave work on Monday to get it done. I waited over two hours for them to put one tire on. When I went to pay, the bill was a lot more than I was quoted as they added extras I didn’t agree to. I was very patient through all this even though it was confusing and time consuming. However the issue that has me really upset is that all four of my rims were damaged. I called the manager back on Tuesday and she asked me to come by so she could take a look. When I showed up, she said they were not responsible, she yelled at me in the parking lot, interrupted me and wouldn’t let me speak. Then she said she had to go and turned around and left. I understand everyone has a bad day and I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. We all need to be flexible but this is completely unacceptable. I chose this business because of the online reviews but I cannot recommend that anyone do business with them. The least the manager could have done was hear me out and follow up. I was not expecting to drop $1600 and be yelled at. If she is not in a good place to do that, at least she could find someone else who can.

All of my vehicles are serviced at Decatur Tire Pros. As always the service at the front desk is great, the repair and service is extremely dependable and the "Tour Quality" of the facility is second to none. I continue to be impressed. Thanks for all you provide.
