I came to Decatur Tire Pros after a predictable and horrific experience with Mavis. Long story, but the final hostage up-sale was replacement of my brakes and pads, and of course a second tire which, they failed to discover (run flats) on a third visit -the reason I came for in the first place. From the moment I called Tire Pros I felt I would be taken care of-‘ Courteous, Friendly and Accommodating. The experience was the same from the moment I started and continued until I walked out the door with my car. Of course, I had them check my brakes and they reported not ready for new brakes yet. A new customer, and many more they will have as a result. As a business owner in Atlanta, I know a lot of people. Thank you to the staff of Tire Pros! You got the right formula. Keep it up!

Prices are WAY too expensive. $32 for a tire patch!?! Any of these mom and pop tire shops along Clairmont or Moreland will charge you 10-15 bucks. Even my oil change was dealership price. Will not be taking my vehicle back here for routine service.

I had a scary blow out earlier in the week and these guys worked super fast to get a new tire installed.

Customer service is fantastic. I love that appointments can be scheduled online and that communication can be handled via text if you prefer.

I have been a loyal customer of Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service in Decatur for over fourteen years. Cindy Ferrell and her team are customer-centric pros in not only doing the services requested but also advising me about repairs to be considered and the related cost for such repairs. The prices are reasonable. Further, I have total confidence in the quality of their work. In short, they deliver what they promise in a timely and professional manner.

Solid experience. I took my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-road truck in to get serviced on 10/30/22 and it was great. Dropped my truck off at 8:30am, they were very quick, friendly and helpful at the counter from the start, they said they would need 3-4 hours because of the volume and I appreciated them laying out a realistic expectation right from the start because they ended up calling about 2 hours later saying they were done which by default exceeded expectations. Will be back for regular maintenance/service and would recommend this shop. Friendly, fast, transparent, and fairly priced. What more could you want? 8/10.

My alignment took an hour and a half even with an appointment. They also tack on “shop fees” for this service even though there really are none. I was otherwise pleased with the service. The waiting room is comfortable and well stocked. I would return but likely come when they first open.

Place is too expensive.I would not step foot in there again.
