I've had numerous superior experiences with their mechanics. They've told me that wife's Mustang did not need new brakes after the Ford dealership said she did. They fixed a very odd engine problem on a 2 liter turbo diesel that others did not want to touch. No charged me for a light issue that required just making a proper connection. They aren't the cheapest BUT they are timely and professional. I've tried cheaper but I always come back

Scratch another decent place off the list. Advertised one price for an oil change, charged more, acknowledged they overcharged and didn’t offer to refund the difference. Oh well.

Update - after I left, they did refund $25, more than the difference. I appreciate that and can offer that they have done acceptable work for years, even if their pricing on oil changes might be a bit dodgy, though I guess they are competitive with other shops. That said, they are charging $10 per quart for oil that retails at $3, but charging almost nothing for their employees time in the detailed invoice. I’m still confused by someone telling me the wrong price is right, and saying “I’m sure this is what you always pay” even when it doesn’t match the listed price on their price sheet.
