I just went in for an emissions but everyone I encountered was very friendly. They did let me know about a possible issue with the battery so I do feel they're thorough and knowledgeable.

Pulled in and asked for full synthetic. When I paid for it they said they didn't use synthetic because I hadn't used full synthetic last time. Also they did not reset my oil service message so I had to go back in and ask them to clear it.
