Carlton, we are deeply sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. When you came into the shop with your vibrating issue requesting an alignment, we informed you this wouldn't fix this issue, we recommended diagnostics to really see what was goin on with the vehicle. After, we conclueded the vibration was coming from old tires and recommended you get new tires and you said you would get used tires. Elvis, we are deeply sorry to hear you had anything less than a wonderful experience with us. After bringing your vehicle in and diagnosing a large number of issues we informed you the vehicle needed to go to the dealer and you let us know you woul dpick your vehicle up later that day. This did not happen. The vehicle was picked up the following day, and becasue of the back window being broken before bringing it to our shop anyone driving or walking by on the street could easily get in and steal the battery.
