My driver’s side rear brake light had burned out, so I took my car to the nearest Neighborhood Tire Pros on Memorial Drive. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Within a few minutes, I saw a man walk out to my car, move it toward the garage area, and begin working on it. The job was done in under 30 minutes even though several other cars were also being repaired. My husband and I have brought our new and old cars here for many years, and we’ve always had similarly positive experiences. Thank you to everyone working there!

I had a appointment for 12pm today I look at my watch it is now 1:45 pm. No one came and said anything to me why my car is still sitting outside. This is definitely bad customer service…I’ll take my business elsewhere

Always was good until a younger guy didn’t know what he was doing so he broke my original hub cap on 1984 caprice classic with 90000 original miles and tried to cover it up all parts are so hard to find or very expensive then the guy tried to actually fight me for being upset about the cover up
