Duration was excessive (1.5 hours) just to evaluate and then replace a tire. No discussion at all about the timing when I arrived. Eventually it was accomplished but with a choice from only two moderately OK tires.

The service team gave me an accurate estimate of the amount time needed to rotate and balance my tires. They also checked my brakes and recommended my rear brakes be serviced as they were at only 5 percent. I am satisfied with the expertise and service I have received at the Decatur location!

My visit to Neighborhood Tire was very interesting. I went in thinking it was going to take hours for what I wanted done but it only take about maybe an hour and half.if that long. The customer service was great so was the atmosphere.

My daughter took my car in for oil change and check up. We live close by and she walked home.They called her when it was ready and she was shopping nearby and went by to pay for it. She brought the groceries home and took me to pick it up. We got a lot done in the short amount of time it took to service the car and every thing worked out great. Thank you, Bob Lawson
