I went to get an oil change and was charged 2 times notified the guy who rang me up and he said it didn’t. I showed him both charges on my text and my card app. Called the next day and he said one payment is confirmed and the other is in pending status. Still have yet to receive a refund after telling him 2x that I was charged twice while I was there. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone. This could have been easily prevented if he would have been listening to understand not listening to reply. If the money wasn’t in my account to take out 2x I wouldn’t have been able to pay for the service I’m sure he didn’t think about that. If the situation was resolved before I left the building I wouldn’t be waiting on a refund after telling someone multiple times the money is gone out my account. Never again I now know where not to go.

As we discussed on the phone, there was a glitch in our computer system but once it was pointed out to us we set a refund on the way which will go through once your bank is open again on their normal business hours.
