The last interaction with this company was horrible. They didn’t have my tire that I brought from them. so instead of accommodating me with a discount on a new tire, they told me I had to pay full price. They did a oil change that supposed to come with inspection of the car, they did not do it. I will not spend another dime at this place. They don’t value you as a customer.

Ordered tires online to be installed on a scheduled date. On the day of, I didn't receive a call confirming the appointment, and had to call myself. They said there weren't actually doing scheduled appointments and I just had to come in first come first serve. The estimated time was 2-3 hours but it ended up being over a 4 hour wait, and they seemed to not have the right tools on hand to reinstall certain bolts. Disappointed with the poor coordination between their online and physical storefronts.

Third time here this time for and oil change, after a two hour wait and service I’m told five more minutes until completion. Only to be told they don’t have the oil and had to make a store run. (Still here) arrived at 7:30 still her at 10😤😡

I’ve been going to other mechanics for almost 2 years trying to get my vehicles check engine light off. None of these other place could help me with my vehicle issues. They would charge me a lot for work that I don’t believe I really needed and then the check engine light would always come back on. The Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service (Good Year) managed to fix my vehicle and charged me the lowest price for the job. I received quality work, respect and a warranty on the work done. From now on I will get all of my vehicle care needs from Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service. I am a very satisfied customer! Thanks for a job well done!
