The store manager David Leeds is very rude & could care less if you wait 3hrs or more just to put on 2 new tire. He will never give you a time estimate on waiting bcs you'll be waiting for hours!! Techs can only do as their told & what they can, but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BADDDD!

The employee Mitch Mitchell fraudulently (if my legal knowledge is correct) charged me for a warranty. He quoted me a price to replace my tire, which showed only the tire and installation prices, but then snuck in a $9.99 warranty on the final invoice without my permission. He never even mentioned the warranty during the sales process, he just added it on. Once I saw the unauthorized charge, I told him to refund it immediately. I would not recommend this place as this possibly fraudulent practice is likely commonplace with how nonchalantly he did this.

Hello Devin, we apologize for the frustration we may have caused with your tire purchase and not clearly explaining each item on the invoice. We work hard to train our staff to clearly explain our services and warranties but obviously in this case we did not do this. The Road Hazard Tire Warranty is part of our tire installation package that was included in the original estimate you approved before the tire was installed. You then let us know that you did not want to purchase the road hazard warranty, so we issued a refund immediately. We did not charge you for something you did not receive, nor would we ever. Went in a few times with great results. Then after getting a wheel replaced they forgot to inform me that I needed to have a realignment done. It caused me to eat through 2 brand new tires in less than a year resulting in over $300 of damage to replace. When I told the manager that I shouldn't have to buy new tires if they told me that the previous repairs were complete. He proceeded to say he didn't remember enough about the previous work and essentially tried to write it off on a rush job to benefit me when he should've finished the job correctly in the first place. He tried to satisfy me with $20 off the over $300 I now had to pay on new tires. I will not be going back because I can't trust their work or their ability to own their mistakes.

Terrible service! Attempted to get a oil change and could not get one because they were trying to close 2 hrs before the time listed on the sign. Bad business!
