Many employees were very nice, but my very simple oil change took two and a half hours when they said it would be an hour max wait. It was busy, so I was understanding with the hour estimation, but two and a half hours without any updates was enough to make sure I did not go back. Edit: The manager, Miss Cindy, called me back and apologized for my experience. She was kind, professional, and understanding of why I was upset. I was able to get a full refund and because of the thought that went behind her customer service, I will be visiting again.
