I had a tire blow out on the highway, they were so kind and helped me get a new tire so I could get back on the road! They went over the warranty of the tire and were very professional. Happy to go back if I need any more assistance with my car.

Just needed oil/filter and general inspection prior to upcoming road trip. Upon completion there was a notice that the brakes needed to be attended to in the near future. [Note: Another (competing provider) made a similar diagnosis 10,000 miles ago - but said it was URGENT! (I declined.) 5,000 miles ago, I went back to this same provider and they found no problem with the brakes! When I questioned their diagnosis', a spat ensued with he owner and I resolved to not return.] I feel that Tire Pros gave me an honest diagnosis and repair plan. I had the work completed at a cost 1/2 that of the previous quotation.
