I have been using BP Car Care Center - Tire Pros since I moved to East Cobb. That’s been over 10 years ago when I moved from my last Tire Pros Center in another county. I trust these guys with all makes and models of cars. They are honest, thorough, and timely with repairs. If they make a mistake, which is rare, they own it and fix it. They treat all of my family members with care. If there is a repair outside their wheelhouse they try to make a referral. Glad I found them.

Matt at Tire Pro is a gentleman and quality store manager. He was very helpful when I had a problem with some wheel bearings that I brought in to have pressed in. Great job and many thanks to the whole helpful crew. I'd recommend them highly.

I was quoted over $950 to replace a steering pump, assorted hoses and belt. I had intended to spend my money as close to my home as possible during our Covid pandemic but after that high of a quote, I decided my old mechanic in Roswell would be just as in need for my $. I gave him the diagnostic info and said have at it. He called an hour later and told me to pick it up, NO CHARGE. all I needed was about 2cm. of hose cut and properly reattaching a lower steering hose. I had blown out a worn hose by overly using a "stop leak steering fluid" trying to stop where the hose deteriorated at the clamp. Besides the fact that BP part quotes was 200% higher than prices I had found online, I did think, if the job needed to be done, roughly $125 an hour for a quality mechanic is reasonable for East Cobb.
