I just went in for an emissions but everyone I encountered was very friendly. They did let me know about a possible issue with the battery so I do feel they're thorough and knowledgeable.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I showed up in a panic and they quickly took care of my issue at a great, reasonable price. They were so kind and friendly, I will definitely be returning!! Thanks BP Car Care Center!!
Oil change and tire rotation. They performed a detailed inspection and found I need new tires with an alignment. They also found front struts needs replacing. I had no idea these items were worn out and I really appreciate the detailed inspection and cost estimate that was provided.
