Did NOT replace 5 of 7 screws that hold the plastic engine oil cover in place. Cover was hanging down and got ripped off while driving. Called to let them know and ask if they had the screws. They got defensive and acted like it wasn't their fault. No apology, refund, credit, etc. Told me that I could bring the car in and wait over an hour for them to look at it. My vehicles will never see this place again.

I needed my AC recharge . They did a great job my AC works great. However after the mechanic said I needed a cooling fan assembly. Im a fairly decent mechanic and I changed the water pump on this truck 3 months ago. I didn't see a problem with the cooling fan then and I don't see any issues with it now. I dont do this for a living so I'm no expert. But that seemed very suspect to me. I will try to use them again because we've never had an issue with any repairs they've done. However I will pay closer attention to recommendations.

The only reason I return to Neighborhood Tire Pros & Auto Service is because of Mich (Assistant Store Manager) his customer service is exceptional, he has never had an attitude, always smiling. Thank you Mich for your above standard customer service.

The price on a very good tire was competitive. They have always given me great customer service. I would recommend them.

These guys are always great. Any issues are resolved immediately. They do excellent work, and are always friendly and personable.

They are quick and efficient. I have not had any issues after a half-dozen oil changes there.
