Service was fine. I witnessed employees and customers not socially distancing and not wearing masks. I was there for about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to pay for my service while standing right outside the door because I did not feel safe going inside. I would not come back at this time until they establish safer practices during the Covid epidemic.
Hi Meredith. We're glad to know you were satisfied with our service. We also completely understand your discomfort about entering our facility. What we don't understand is why you are choosing to spread false information about the precautions we are taking to minimize risk and exposure of COVID-19. As you saw during your visit, we have 6ft distance markers on the floor, sneeze guards, and all our staff members wear masks when working with our customers. We also sanitize keys and have implemented text-to-pay which allows you to avoid touching our POS system. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over whether or not other customers wear masks, which is why we've worked so hard to implement new policies to keep everyone safe.
