Made an appointment to have all 5 tires replaced. No delays. Everything ready when promised. Great work! Will definitely use their other services when needed. And the follow up text to see if everything was good, was a nice touch.

Customer Service is great. All staff I spoke with conducted themselves in a very professional manner. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. My car was ready earlier than the date and time I was initially given. That news definitely made me happy.

They fixed my tires, and I think they did a fine job. BUT, the transparency and speed was poor. I showed up before they opened, and told them what I needed before anyone else (as I needed to have critical work done before leaivng town that afternoon). They said there were 7 people in front of me - that's fine. Over the course of the next 5 hours, I had to pry them for updates, being told along the way, "It's impossible for me to tell you how long it will take to put the tires on". Edit: Thanks for the reply. I understand it might have been a busy day, and I'm open to coming back in.

Cindy and her team are very knowledgeable and professional. The maintenance and needed repairs to our vans are critical to our overall operation and the safety of the pooches we are transporting. This team makes every effort to take care of us in a timely manner or schedule us appropriately, so we have little to no downtime. I greatly appreciate them, as do all of our CHATTAPOOCHIES!
