I was referred here by my warranty company to have my trunk looked at. While there, I asked for an oil change. The guy up front was very nice! I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic, and he was very understanding. They informed me that the issue with my trunk would probably fall under the warranty and that they would get in touch with them to check for me. I personally had no idea that my warranty company was closed on the weekends, I just purchased the vehicle and I haven’t had to use it. However, the issue I had was I was unaware of ANY of the fees associated with my appointment. Not the initial oil change, nor any possible diagnostic fees if they had any issue with reaching out the company. It was only upon check-out that I was made aware of these fees. I am disappointed with the fact that while running a place of business fees weren’t presented to the customer to ensure it fit best with my needs. I really hope that they choose to handle situations like this better in the future.
