Unlike my previous tire installation, communication was not as good with Neighborhood Tire Pros. After purchasing with Tire Buyer and having the tires sent to Neighborhood Tire Pros, there was a problem locating them, with me calling both for almost a week, and it turns out that they were at the shop unaccounted for. There is obviously a disconnect in how Tire Buyer and Neighborhood Tire Pros communicate deliveries because I have gone through this process at this location before without hiccups. The installation seems ok so far.

Great price and excellent service. If I had gone to my Mercedes Benz dealership, I would have paid an additional $500 for the same tires.

The Clairemont Ave. location is just down the street from my apartment, so I decided to make an appointment there for an oil change. I went online and received an email that I believed to be confirmation for the date & time I requested; however, when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment. Apparently it was not a “confirmation” email and despite being able to choose 2:00PM for that location on the website, I was told they do not take appointments after 12:00PM. The rep was rude about it but I decided to make an appointment while I was there for the following week. The second time I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment again (I guess she forgot to put it in the system). They still serviced my car but it was very annoying and for the amount of money I spent I can get better (and friendlier) customer service elsewhere. I will likely not be returning.
