Decent service, wait times seemed a little long. It wasn’t until after I paid and was handed my invoice that I noticed I was charged for a warranty. I’m traveling from out of state and the tire I replaced was a spare, I don’t need a warranty.

I tried this Goodyear again, but like an ex-girlfriend, I wish that I didn’t go back! I dropped my car off at 11:13 a.m. (time on the receipt) and purchased 4 new tires. At 4:50 p.m., I returned to the store since I didn’t hear back from them, and they were scheduled to close at 5:00 p.m. Upon arriving, I noticed that my car was on the rack. I asked if they were almost finished, but it turns out that they were just getting started. I hung around after closing until about 5:30 p.m. when my service was completed. I’m confused as to why it would take 6 1/2 hours to exchange and balance 4 tires??? As I told my wife, “This place hasn’t changed!” I won’t be returning...

I desperately needed a new set of tires . I put it off for so long then i had an unexpected flat . I came in on Tuesday afternoon and by late Wednesday my ride was ready!!! They guys were extremely patient , helpful and nice . I will definitely return.

Just picked up my car having an oil change. They had charged me for a 49.95 Diagnostic TPMS system - which I was never told I would be charged for the gentleman at the counter immediately removed the charge but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, the oil change light remained on my entire ride home. I don't want to have to drive back to reset it- which is part of the oil change price... not the best experience. Been using these guys since the early 2000's. Would reather go to the dentist!

I posted yesterday and wanted to update my review. I just got off the phone with Elvis. What a great experience! He explained the miscommunication that happened yesterday. He told me to come in anytime to have my light reset. I am super impressed that he/the company reached out to me based on my initial review. It is how business should be done! I tried to update my original post but not clever enough to figure it out. Will keep working on it.

I’m being charged a diagnostic fee even though I told the man at desk I wanted new spark plugs. He said bc I gave him symptoms I have to get a diagnostic or they wouldn’t work on my car. I likely won’t be back even though I’ve been comfortable here for at least 4 years. I’ve gotten new tires here, catalytic converter, oil changes, loyal customer. But I’m not going to be cheated out of my money a second time. Even if it isn’t the spark plugs it’s what I want and I told him I would take the risk. Up until now it’s been a 5-star experience
