I had a 2 o'clock appointment. You never took my car until after 3 pm. Some lady came in and said she had a 3 pm and she went before me. I was the last one to be waited on. Some man came in and he needed an emission check and he was waited on before me. Why give me a 2 pm appt. if you could not service my car at that time? I did NOT appreciate being treated like that. Seems the work on the car was done right. DO NOT CONTACT ME with ads, etc.
