My experience was very good. The front end gentleman whose name was Daniel was very patient with me as I had many questions concerning my old vehicle. He also allowed me to talk to Justin, who was the mechanic that worked on my vehicle so that I could get further explanation and advice on what to do with my van. My van is a 1999 Dodge 2500 series ram an old vehicle with old parts, but justin did a great job, diagnosing the problem and giving me solutions.
