I have brought my car here for oil changes a couple of times due to it being walking distance from my workplace. I had my oil changed earlier in the year and they said I needed a new radiator. I took my car to my trusted mechanic who not only disagreed with the radiator diagnosis, but noted that they overfilled my oil. A friend reported the same thing happening with his car as well. Fast forward to my most recent oil change, I mentioned that they overfilled my oil and I asked them to be cognizant of that. This time they comically underfilled it, to the point where I am having to get another oil fill 3 weeks later. I won't be returning, just want other folks to know not to trust this location!

Corey, was very polite extremely knowledgeable and professional. He recommended the best tire for my car, and also explained the warranty. The customer service was outstanding, the environment, clean and pleasant. The wait time was less than hour. Overall, great team, job well done.

We've used Neighborhood Tire Pros several times now and all my experiences have been excellent. The front office staff is amazing and i always feel like they are honest and straightforward with their recommendations, even actually trying to SAVE me money. We talk all our vehicles there for service and have never been disappointed. I'm so grateful to them for taking such good care of us!

I had a nail in my run flat tire, Jeff took the call and the shop repaired the tire in 40 minutes. Another shop told me the tire needed to be replaced without even examining the tire. I plan to use this shop for future tire needs.
