My tire pressure was low and I stopped in on my way to a meeting - it was cold and rainy, but Lorenzo and team helped me free of charge, checked all my tires, and were all around so pleasant. Thank you thank you!

I had my emissions done at this location yesterday. No one was at the front desk to help but when someone finally came up. There was no greeting, no smile, not welcome or friendly at all. Before my 15 minute visit was over, I made contact with 3 guys and not one said hello until I made initiative to speak first.
