My car battery would not crank one night, so I had to pay for a jump start. I did not want to have to pay for another jump start, so I drove my car to the Neighborhood Tire Pros location in downtown Decatur and parked my car in their lot overnight. Being able to do this really helped me out. I returned there the next day and they quickly worked me into their schedule without an appointment. They put in a new battery and had my car fixed within about two hours of me arriving at their location. I am very thankful to them for this great service.

It was seamless. I looked online for an appointment for tires and an alignment. It spells out all the charges before you schedule. Once I scheduled they responded and I spoke with someone to make sure my appointment was on the books. I dropped my car off on the day of the appointment and then when they were done they called me. I paid and picked up my vehicle. So again, seamless. I appreciate you guys. Thanks!

Oil change was done satisfactory. I also had an electrical diagnostic done which cost $180 to determine if my interior AC outlet plug in my truck was working. It was not, it was not a fuse , some part needs to be replaced for an additional $260. So, $180 + $260 ( not including tax)= basically $500 bucks to change out an AC adapter outlet??? NEGATIVE!!! To me, this is completely Unsatisfactory!! Why should I have to pay $180 to find out That I need to spend an additional $260 to fix a simple AC outlet plug. I don’t believe I’ll be going back to this location for an oil change or anything else again. The folks that work there our top shelf, they are all very friendly, very courteous, and I know they all work hard. This in no way is on them.
