Have used them twice during my time as a student at Emory and they've done a great job both times. My only complaint is they do not provide shuttle service.

My truck was not leaking oil before my visit here last week. I went in for a tuneup, and the tech recommended another $1600 in service, including replacing the valve gasket covers. He agreed that we could hold off on that particular service though. I left the shop with a tuneup and new steering pump (which he stated was a higher priority) for $831, happy to get it done and prepared to give a great review. Unfortunately, I noticed oil spots in my driveway a couple days later. I contacted the shop owner/manager who advised me to bring it in. I brought the photos of the new oil spots in driveway and drip of engine oil from the transmission. I assumed that given the 2 year 24k warranty on parts and labor, they would cover whatever happened to cause the leak. Instead, I was reminded by the original technician about his mention the valve cover gasket recommended replacement, and quoted $500 (the parts are available online for under $50). When I reminded him of our conversation and that there was no leak last weekend, he suggested that it could be from “more pressure.” I can’t discount the potential of an extreme coincidence that the oil leak just happened to appear immediately after my visit, but when I got the valve cover gaskets back, it was impossible to see any point of likely failure since they’d all been destroyed by pliers or whatever tool was used to remove them. The fact remains that I didn’t have an oil leak before the service, I did immediately after, and instead of the warranty covering the labor, I was charged an additional $475. The supposedly leaking valve cover gaskets were replaced, and I still have dripping oil from the exact same location.

Atticus, you came in for a tune-up and repairs and to repair a leak on your power steering pump. We also let you know that we found a valve cover gasket leak but you declined that repair. Our warranty does not cover additional issues, it only covers services we have performed, not additional leaks that may have formed. We are waiting to hear back from you to have you bring the vehicle back, we would love to help you with this and see if we can come to a solution for both of us.
