If you're looking for good customer service, you will not finf it here. I dropped my car off in the morning to have a tire plugged. 6 hours later, right before closing, they had done nothing because they couldn't find the tire lock. Said 'they tried to call'. I did have one missed call, but they didn't bother to leave a message, or call back, or ask Google where the tire lock is in that car (that's how I found it). So I'm out $30 for 2 uber trips and still have a nail in my tire.

I was extremely disappointed about my experience with this business. After spending almost two thousand dollars here less than two months ago, they made me wait for four hours today only to tell me my tire was unrepairable. I could’ve found this out immediately at a service station, but instead I brought it here because I was told I had a warranty. I was also misled about the terms of what the warranty covered, or I wouldn’t have wasted my time. They didn’t even have a comparable tire in stock adding insult to injury. Instead, I’m driving my kids around with a donut on my car which feels unsafe and irresponsible. The customer service was not this bad the last time I was here.

I just took my tire that they said was unrepairable to a place on Memorial Drive that fixed it without a wait. They also looked at the price I was charged for parts and labor and said that they would have done it for half the price. I can't believe I let Neighborhood Tire Pros scam me like this. There are too many reliable businesses to come back here.
