They laid to my face and tried to get me to pay over $700 for a unneeded fix. I visited them two weeks ago for an oil change and they said that I needed to completely change the whole brake system including the rotors and that the break pads had only 3 mm left. But when I had I friend check the break pads and the whole unit, he showed my the breaks were almost new and that they were only trying to get my money. Now, I'm concerned that they might have not even done another fix that I had already paid (I paid for new axles over $800). Do not trust them, if you know of someone else go to them. You can see in the photos that the brake pads as good as new and we test drive the car in high and low speeds, short and long distances and the car break straight with no vibration and no drift. Also the front wheels give signs that the axles were not changed, as seen in the video the wheel rotates when lifted. The mechanic said that with new axles the rotation should be minimal. I'm disappointed with the lack of honesty and think they might have taken over $900 without actually replacing the axles. DO NOT COME HERE
Ariane, we apologize for any confusion, and we would like a chance to talk to you about this if you could please call us at 404-809-3975. In the photos you offered, you can only see one side of the vehicle, so it is difficult to determine the brake’s health. You can also see in the photo that the CV axle has been replaced, it is the shiny portion on the right in the third photo. The video you posted shows normal movement for a tire, depending on what gear your vehicle is in. We would like to discuss this and more if you are able to call the number above. Thank you for your concerns.
