Neighborhood Tire Pros worked me in their schedule and replaced a damaged tire the afternoon before Christmas Eve. The technician did the job neatly and replaced the spare, jack and wheel lock key in their correct locations

Not good, once again. I was misquoted on the tire replacement. They said $25, but it turned out to be $40. The woman was very defensive when I asked about this discrepancy. She said they always charge these fees (tire disposal, GA whatever) every time they change a tire. Not relevant. If you tell me it's going to cost me $25, then you're not being transparent up front and essentially misleading me by providing inaccurate information. She said that she was not the one who provided me the estimate and got very upset that I had confused her with the woman who had. The operations manager called me after my last review and was very receptive to my feedback. He promised to call me later that day to confirm they'd be able to replace my tire the next day, but he never did. So, again, a very mixed bag here. They need to work on their communications.

Hi. My husband was actually really unhappy with his service. He initially showed up in the afternoon for a tire rotation and someone at the front desk said he should come back at 730am. So he did. And when he came in at 730am, the person at the front desk said no, you have to have an appointment and we can't fit you in for more than a week. He came in on Monday (the earliest appointment) left the car and picked it up and his tires were not rotated. When he went back in to ask why, the gentleman at the front desk said he'd asked my husband if he wanted an alignment and my husband said, YES, thinking that an alignment after rotation was necessary and appropriate. The gentleman said no, all he asked for was an alignment. My husband was sooooo frustrated he left and is going elsewhere for a rotation and won't come to your business again. I told him he should give you a chance to make it right and fit him in as first appointment for rotation and make it free.
