Hi. My husband was actually really unhappy with his service. He initially showed up in the afternoon for a tire rotation and someone at the front desk said he should come back at 730am. So he did. And when he came in at 730am, the person at the front desk said no, you have to have an appointment and we can't fit you in for more than a week. He came in on Monday (the earliest appointment) left the car and picked it up and his tires were not rotated. When he went back in to ask why, the gentleman at the front desk said he'd asked my husband if he wanted an alignment and my husband said, YES, thinking that an alignment after rotation was necessary and appropriate. The gentleman said no, all he asked for was an alignment. My husband was sooooo frustrated he left and is going elsewhere for a rotation and won't come to your business again. I told him he should give you a chance to make it right and fit him in as first appointment for rotation and make it free.
